(a)-(b) In line with the School Education Act 1999, the Department of Education is required to provide all eligible students with access to public education. In line with relevant policies and procedures, the Department of Education ensures schools are able to accommodate students from within their local-intake area where appropriate. For eligible students with disability this includes education support schools, education support centres and schools with an endorsed education support program in addition to their local school.
