QUESTIONS ON NOTICE 179 AND 382 — MINISTER FOR ENVIRONMENT
I refer to questions on notice 179 and 382 in which advice was requested about which project proponents had requested meetings with the minister and had been declined an appointment, and the minister’s response was that it was because requests may be formal or informal and that it was not possible to provide an answer. (1) Which project proponents or their representatives have made formal requests to the minister’s office for a meeting since 23 September 2008 and have not had an appointment? (2) Which project proponents or their representatives have received an appointment? Hon DONNA FARAGHER
