(1) - (2) With regard to the administration of the Liquor Control Act 1988, the Director of Liquor Licensing has not undertaken any consultation in Halls Creek or Fitzroy Crossing since the imposition of the current liquor restrictions.
(3) The Drug and Alcohol Office (now the Mental Health Commission) has undertaken a number of periodic reviews of the liquor restrictions in Halls Creek and Fitzroy Crossing.
