Extension of the Thornlie railway line to Nicholson Road and Canning Vale will be considered as part of the Government's Master Plan to provide a blueprint for a future integrated public transport system.
The Minister has appointed an independent panel which is tasked with the preparation of a master plan for public transport into the future. A report is likely to be completed by the end of 2009.
