The Government understands that the WAFC's new development plan includes an increase in the number of development staff within the community, and to improve linkages between junior and community and WAFL clubs. Thus the Hills Football Association, and all other junior and community clubs will benefit from the WAFC's increased investment in junior and youth development officers, which will see more professionals on the ground supporting football in Western Australia.
