Homelessness
416. Hon Michelle Hofmann to the Minister for Homelessness:
I refer to the recent
Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre's Housing
Affordability in Western Australia 2025 report.
(1) By what percentage has rough sleeping increased
in WA since Labor came to office in 2017?
(2) What is the repeat homelessness rate in 2025?
(3) How many clients accessed specialist
homelessness services in 2024–25?
(4) What percentage of clients referred to in (3) were
repeat users?
(5) What percentage of those SHS clients were female
and of those how many were aged over 55?
(6) How many SHS clients were identified as
needing long-term housing and what percentage were successfully placed over
2024–25?
The President: Honourable member, that question seemed
to be seeking an awful lot of data. Let me see whether the minister is able to
answer it.
