I refer to all level crossings along the passenger rail network, and ask: (a) for the following years, how many crashes have occurred at each individual level crossing: (i) 2008; (ii) 2009; (iii) 2010; (iv) 2011; (v) 2012; (vi) 2013; (vii) 2014; and (viii) 2015?

(a)(i) 2008. One recorded incident of a vehicle collision which occurred at the William Street level crossing.
(ii)-(iii) 2009 and 2010. No recorded incidents of a vehicle collision.
(iv) 2011. Two recorded incidents of vehicle collisions. One occurred at the Albany Highway level crossing and the other occurred at the Meadow Street level crossing.
(v) 2012. No recorded incidents of a vehicle collision.
(vi) 2013. Two recorded incidents of vehicle collisions. One occurred at the Caledonian Avenue level crossing and the other at the Kelvin Road level crossing.
(vii) 2014. No recorded incidents of a vehicle collision.
(viii) As at 15 September 2015, there has been one recorded incident of a vehicle collision which occurred at the Victoria Street level crossing.
