(2) Not applicable. (3) It has been proposed to relocate the existing Home and Community Care Day Centre to the grounds of Onslow Hospital. There have been community concerns over this proposal and due to these concerns the WA Country Health Service is investigating possible alternative sites. (4) The Home and Community Care Day Centre is not able to accommodate all clients and does not have adequate toilet and bathroom facilities for use by clients with disabilities.
