(b) All of the recommendations referred to in paragraph (a) were implemented on 1 July 2017, except for: recommendation 37 (which was partially implemented on 8 February 2017); recommendation 44 (which was fully implemented on 8 February 2017); recommendation 63 (which was partially implemented in August 2013); recommendation 64 (which partially implemented on 16 November 2016, to be proclaimed); recommendation 65 (which was partially implemented in May 2014 and 31 March 2015) and recommendation 68 (which was fully implemented on 30 June 2015). (c) The following recommendations require a different policy response to that recommended by the Law Reform Commission: 1, 6, 28, 32, 36, 38 and 40. The remaining recommendations are either in the course of being implemented or under consideration: 7, 8, 9, 15, 17, 20, 23, 25, 27, 29, 33, 43, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 67, 69, 72 and 73.
