On behalf of the Minister for Emergency Services, I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. The minister has provided the following answers — (1) The original project team dedicated to delivering the project included a project manager position. This position was converted to a technical position to provide an extra resource to ensure that the implementation of the project remained on track. (2) The contract awarded to Fujitsu is for the provision of dedicated project management and administration services for the project. This decision was made to support the project team with these services so that it can remain focused on the implementation of the project. (3) The project is scheduled for completion in December 2011, at a cost of $20 million.
