(a) if not, when is it expected to be completed, given that work is already underway on the site;

(a) The Heritage Interpretation Strategy has been completed and supported by the Heritage Council of Western Australia.
(b) The document will be made publicly available on the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority website shortly.
