I refer to page 28 of the Community Development and Justice
Standing Committee report presented today in the other place.
(1) How many traffic infringement notices have been issued
for government car 1DXJ315?
(2) On what dates and for what offences were the
infringements issued?
(3) Who was the driver on each such occasion?

On behalf of the Attorney General, I thank the honourable
member for some notice of the question.
(1) One.
(2) The
offence date was 2 February 2013 for alleged speeding at 87 kilometres an hour
in an 80-kilometre-an-hour zone.
(3) Traffic
infringements are a matter between the driver and Western Australia Police. The
driver responsible for this TIN was not the former Treasurer.
