I refer to the Western Australia Bicycle Network Plan and ask, for the priority link Perth to Fremantle Railway Line from Shenton Park to Loch Street: (a) what planning work has been done on this link; (b) what are the details of the works required; (c) when does the Minister expect work to commence; (d) when does the Minister expect works to be completed; (e) what is the estimated cost of this project; and (f) how much is currently allocated in the 2014-15 State Budget and in each year of the forward estimates?

(c-d) Works will commence in early 2015 and be completed by the end of 2015.
(e) The cost estimate will be finalised after the design has been completed.
