I refer to Osprey Key Worker Village, and I ask: (a) how many years is the term of the agreement with Fleetwood for services associated with the village; (b) on what date was this agreement finalised; (c) how many of the village properties are occupied as at today's date; (d) what is the average rent being paid for: (i) one-bedroom properties; (ii) two-bedroom properties; and (iii) three-bedroom properties; and (e) what is the total revenue the Department of Housing has received?

The Department of Housing advises: .
(a)-(b) The terms of a formal agreement with Fleetwood Corporation Ltd for services associated with the village are yet to be finalised. An interim agreement, signed on 20 February 2014, is currently in place and allowed occupancy to commence from when construction was completed in March 2014.
(c)  As at 30 January 2015,160 units are occupied.
(d)  As of 23 December 2014:
(i) $335 per week (priority one applicants), $380 per week (priority two applicants), and $475 per week (priority three applicants - market rent).
(ii)  $455 per week (priority one applicants), $520 per week (priority two applicants), and $675 per week (priority three applicants - market rent).
(iii) $510 per week (one bathroom) and $630 per week (two bathroom) (priority one applicants); $680 per week (one bathroom) and $720 per week (two bathroom) (priority two applicants), and $900 per week (priority three applicants - market rent).
(e)  As at 30 November 2014, $2 082 326 (inclusive of GST).
