honourable member for some notice of the question. I provide this answer on
behalf of the Premier.(1)–(4) Significant
consultation and policy work to progress an independent oversight scheme for
child safe organisations in Western Australia has been undertaken. The
Ombudsman WA was consulted as part of this work. Work to implement the scheme
is now underway.
