(a-d) A direction has been given to ministerial staff relating to contact with Brian Burke, consistent with the Premier’s direction to Ministers.
No direction has been given to Agencies. However, all agency staff are required to comply with the Public Sector Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and other guidelines.
