I refer to complaints made to Consumer Protection in relation to retirement villages, and I ask: (a) how many complaints have been made for each of the years below: (i) 2020; (ii) 2021; (iii) 2022; and (iv) 2023; (b) for each of the years in (a), how many complaints were there, organised by category type (in terms of the broad nature of the complaint); and (c) for each of the years in (a), how many complaints were: (i) successfully resolved; (ii) incomplete/ unresolved; (iii) withdrawn; and (iv) determined to not be within the scope of consumer protection?
