1220. Hon TJORN SIBMA to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer the minister to an earlier
answer that stated that no police stations in the Perth metropolitan area are
open on a restricted basis of Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.00 am
and 4.00 pm.
In relation to the Fremantle police
district, what are the opening hours of the Palmyra and Murdoch Police
Stations?

Minister for Police.
The previous question without
notice 932 asked by the honourable member was about the operating hours of
police stations within a particular time scope and made no mention of public
access. The Palmyra and Murdoch Police Stations operate a 24/7 service to the
community, with public access to the building available on weekdays between
8.00 am and 4.00 pm.
