(a) Mr Peter Moore, at the time Director, Prisons, was seconded to head the Operational Standards Directorate with effect from 7th March, 1997.
(b) (i) Director (Class 1), Senior Executive Service;
(ii) Monitor, Acacia Prison;
(iii) As the holder of a Senior Executive Service position, the officer met the skills required by the following Public Sector criteria:-
· Lead in the work environment
· Facilitate workforce effectiveness
· Resource the work environment
· Seek and except opportunities
· Promote effective Public Policy
· Build and maintain relationships
· Engage in self-development
· Exercise an appropriate work perspective
· Achieve customer focus
· Experience in broad based Prison Management
