(a) Mr Peter Moore, at the time Director, Prisons, was seconded to head the Operational Standards Directorate with effect from 7th March, 1997.
(b) (i) Director (Class 1), Senior Executive Service;
(ii) Monitor, Acacia Prison;
(iii) As the holder of a Senior Executive Service position, the officer met the skills required by the following Public Sector criteria:-
