VILLAGES AMENDMENT ACT 2012 — IMPLEMENTATION
526. Hon KATE DOUST to the Minister for Commerce:
I refer the minister to his confirmation that the Retirement
Villages Amendment Act 2012, along with the subsequent regulations and
amendments, will not be implemented until next year. Will provisions be made to
ensure that all regulations and amendments implemented in the act are
implemented retrospectively to the original date the bill was assented to in
November 2012?
