House representing the Premier:
(1) Does the
government still intend to take over responsibility for the development of the
Ocean Reef marina from the City of Joondalup?
(2) If yes to (1), when will this
occur?
(3) If no to (1),
why is the government breaking the commitment made by the member for Ocean Reef
prior to the 2013 election?

(1)–(3) The
government entered into a memorandum of understanding with the City of
Joondalup in 2012 to take a collaborative approach to progress planning and
environmental approvals for the Ocean Reef marina. The Department of Planning,
Department of Transport and LandCorp continue to work
with and assist the City of Joondalup on this project.
