I did anticipate more progress than has been made, but there have been one or two cabinet reshuffles and so on that I have had to deal with, which has slowed down our progress towards nirvana. We will get there, of course. The most important strategy is to make the decision when we have all the information available rather than announce a decision because it may be an easy press release, or it may sound good on a Wednesday afternoon when there are no other stories around, or we will get a free run in the media on a Friday, and then find out that we cannot do it and that we have pulled the wool over everybody’s eyes.
