(1) This information is not collected by the Department of Health (DOH).
(2) Mental Health Services are progressing the Recommendations of the Chief Psychiatrist Report on Physical Health Care and the DOH is developing Physical Health Care Guidelines.
(3) Diagnosis of diabetes from any cause is made by a medical practitioner who undertakes the necessary diagnostic procedures to form a diagnosis and treatment plan. Persons who allege negligent practice would seek compensation through a process of litigation.
