Police—Outstanding arrest warrants
276. Hon Simon Ehrenfeld to the minister representing the Minister for Police:
I refer to the
answer to question without notice on 21 May in which the house was advised of
the number of outstanding arrest warrants in Western Australia. Of those
outstanding warrants, how many relate to alleged offenders who WA Police know
or believe to be currently residing outside Western Australia?

I thank the member
for some notice. The following has been provided to me by the Minister for
Police. A response to this question will be provided by the WA Police Force in
conjunction with the response to parliamentary question on notice LC208 asked
by Hon Nick Goiran on 27 May 2025 regarding outstanding arrest warrants
interstate and overseas, noting the significant overlap between the two
questions.
