(a) Tenders for a six unit development in Gosnells closed on Tuesday 24 September 2002. Bids are presently being assessed prior to the awarding of a contract. The successful builder will then be required to obtain a building licence prior to commencing on site. Construction on site is expected to commence in November.
(b) The contract period is 30 weeks from the letter of acceptance to the builder. Providing no unforeseen delays occur, the dwellings will be ready for occupation around May 2003.
