(1-2) Six Aboriginal Liaison Officers (ALO) are contracted through MSS Security.

(4) MSS Security is a Registered Training Organisation who controls their internal induction and ongoing training to the standards required by the appropriate governing bodies.
(5) Not applicable

(8) ALO's daily duties consist of, but are not limited to the following tasks;
Providing general customer service to all customers utilising the PTA Network.
Provide assistance to fellow employees whilst liaising with indigenous patrons.
Providing general customer service to all indigenous patrons utilising the PTA Network.
Provide assistance to indigenous youths travelling on the PTA network and will liaise with adult family members as necessary.
Undertake platform patrols and on board trains within the PTA network.
Observe and report any suspicious behaviour.
