KARNET PRISON FARM — SEWERAGE PROBLEM
(1) Can the minister confirm that 44 rooms at the Karnet Prison Farm completed last October are not being used because of a sewerage problem? (2) If yes to (1), how long has the Department of Corrective Services been aware of this problem and what actions are being taken to address it? (3) How many low-risk prisoners currently held in high security are being prevented from accessing the correct accommodation at Karnet prison because of the delays in opening the 44 rooms?
