(a) The Real Estate and Business Agents Board (REBA) are establishing a review of how the Real Estate branch is currently operating to achieve corporate and operational objectives.
(b) - (d) Nil.
(2)
(a) The review will commence on 1 February 2009 with stages 1 and 2 expected to be completed by mid-April 2009. Stages 3 and 4 will be completed within six months.
(b) - (d) Not applicable.

(a) The review process is being overseen by the A/Director of REBA on behalf of the Board.
(b) - (d) Not applicable.

(a) The estimated budget for stages 1 and 2 is $17,850.00.
