A WA parliamentary question seeks details on child deaths reported to the Department of Community Development (DCD) between 2003-2005, specifically regarding causes of death and ages of children not directly known to the department. The Minister's response indicates the DCD does not hold this information and directs the questioner to the Coroner's Court and Department of Health.
