Question regarding affordable housing project in Subiaco, specifically concerning land ownership, profit allocation, and future affordable housing plans within the City of Subiaco. The answer clarifies that the land was not provided by the City, no profit goes to the government, city or developer, but the department retains equity. I refer to advertising in June 2009 by the Department of Housing and Works in relation to four units of affordable housing in Tighe Street and Price Street, Subiaco, and ask:
(a) was land provided by the City of Subiaco for this project;
(i) if yes to (a), what is the current market value of the land donated by the City of Subiaco;
(b) will any profit from the sale of these units go to the State Government;
(i) if yes to (b), how much;
(c) will any profit from the sale of these units go to the City of Subiaco;
(i) if yes to (c), how much;
(d) since these units are part of a larger commercial development of housing units, will any of the profit from the sale go to the developer;
(i) if yes to (d), how much;
(e) are any other affordable housing units planned to be constructed within the City of Subiaco; and
(i) if yes to (e), where will they be located and has the land for those proposed units been provided by the City of Subiaco?
