some notice of the question. The following response has been provided by the
Minister for Child Protection.
The Department of Communities
advises as at 31 March 2024 —
(1) There were 619.4 position FTE.
(2) There were 565.1 position FTE.
(3) There were 349.3 position FTE.
(4) There were 304.3 position FTE.
The FTE reflect caseworkers and do
not represent the entire child protection workforce, which includes non-caseworker
positions.
