(a) 28 for 2012-13 and 39 so far (February 2014) in the 2013-14 financial year.
(b) None of the non-compliances was considered to have had a significant effect on the environment. In each case a Notice of Non-Compliance was issued to the proponent requiring corrective actions to be undertaken within a required timeframe.
