(2) Does the agreement contain any provisions as to the future use or zoning of the Heathcote lower land?

2. & 3. Clause 8 of the Coordination Agreement contains the City's undertakings in respect to the lower land. 4. The Government has been advised that under the Coordination Agreement the Government has no obligation as to the future or zoning of the lower lands.
