(1) How many mentally impaired accused individuals are currently under the statutory authority of the Board?
(2) How many of the mentally impaired accused individuals currently under the statutory authority of the Board identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander?
(3) How many of the mentally impaired accused individuals currently under the statutory authority of the Board are currently detained in a prison?
(4) How many of the individuals in (3) identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander?
(5) Of the mentally impaired accused individuals currently under the statutory authority of the Board, how many have been placed on custody orders under the
Criminal Law (Mentally Impaired Accused) Act 1996
but are not currently detained in prison?
