(2) The 2005-06 estimated actual includes carryover funds from previous years associated with the Waste Management Recycling Fund relating to approved, but not paid out grants. The 2006-07 figure reflects the expected revenue associated with the Waste Levies (approximately $4.8m) collected in connection with Waste Management Recycling Fund.
