❓ A parliamentary question seeks to understand the costs associated with the Forest Management Plan 2014-2023, specifically regarding preparation, auditing, and funding sources. The answer indicates that detailed cost tracking wasn't done, making precise estimates infeasible, and that no funds were provided by the Forest Products Commission or other sources.

(1) It is not feasible to provide estimates for the total cost to the Conservation Commission of preparing the
Forest Management Plan 2014-2023
and its subsidiary documents, as the Conservation Commission does not comprehensively record expenditure against this activity. The Conservation Commission received a special allocation of $0.523 million for the preparation of the
Forest Management Plan 2014-2023
that was in addition to its pre-existing budget, covering the three years 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14.
