(2)(a) A monthly TravelSmart meeting organised by the Department of Transport, at which TravelSmart representatives from WA Health attend. In this meeting, the introduction of paid parking for St John of God (SJOG) Murdoch staff was noted by a meeting participant (SJOG Murdoch representative).
(b) Meetings between the WA Health Director, Metropolitan Access and Parking Department (MAPD) and the Serco Safety and Incident Management and Transport Manager to identify logistical arrangements in respect to parking infringement tickets.
(c) A meeting between the communications managers from Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) and St John of God Murdoch (SJOGM) to discuss the opening of phase one of FSH on 3 and 4 October 2014.
