CORONAVIRUS — SERVICEWA APP

WILSON TUCKER to the Leader of the House representing the Premier:
(1) How many registered users does
the ServiceWA app currently have?
(2) Of those
users, how many have imported into the app their COVID-19 digital certificate?
(3) How many
people have contacted the government, via email or telephone, to request
technical support regarding the app?
(4) For the period of Thursday, 3 March, to today, 16 March,
how many check-ins at venues were made using —
(a) the SafeWA
app; and
(b) the ServiceWA
app?

(1) It was 877 061, as at 8.30 am on
15 March 2022.
(2) It was 774 036, as at 8.30 am on
15 March 2022.
(3) As at 28 February
2022, there had been a total of 7 348 support tickets. This is a combination of
email support, which is provided by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet,
and technical support, which is provided by Genvis Pty Ltd. This figure
includes both ServiceWA app support and myGovID first level triage support.
Phone support is
delivered via 13 33 WA, which is operated by the Department of Transport.
(4) (a) The Department of Health has responsibility for
the SafeWA application. This part of the question should be referred to
the Minister for Health.
(b) It was 11 007 297, as at 11.30 am
on 16 March 2022.
