A WA parliamentary question seeks information on negotiations for a Waste to Energy plant at Mungari Industrial Estate, including its status, environmental clearances, and government support. The answer confirms in-principle agreement for a pilot plant site, defers to the Environment Minister on clearance delays, and states support is contingent on approvals.
