I refer to the appointment of Mr Frank Tudor in November 2013, for three years to the board of the Australia-China Council (ACC), and ask: (a) since his appointment, how many times, to where and for what purposes has Mr Tudor traveled for Horizon Power business; and (b) given that Mr Tudor has to travel quarterly for ACC meetings, how does this impact on his role as the Managing Director of Horizon Power?

· Meetings for ACC are held up to 4 times a year, but have occurred less often.
· Mr Tudor does not always travel for ACC meetings, attending via teleconference where the demands of the business do not lend themselves to travel.
· Mr Tudor's role on the ACC compliments his Horizon Power role by providing a deeper understanding of how Chinese investment in the Kimberley and Pilbara drives growth and demand.
