Answer: (a) From 1996/97 to the present, $1.09 million has been collected for water supply headworks contributions at subdivision stage. However, it is estimated that the amount collected in headworks contributions from 1992/93 to the present would be less than $7 million. Lump sum headworks charges from special agreement customers since 1992/93 total approximately $5.6 million in current dollars.
