(2) Application rates and discharge criteria are specified in licence conditions W3(a) and W6(b), as per the copy of the licence supplied in response to a previous question (number 38.), dated 24 May 2001. (3) The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) require EG Green and Sons to undertake regular testing of treated wastewater as a condition of licence. Results of this testing are provided in an annual monitoring report to the DEP. (4) Yes. I seek leave to table the relevant monitoring results for the past 18 month period. (5) Not applicable.
