(2) Geo-heritage is a relevant environmental factor in the following recent proposals: Derby Tidal Power Project; Koolyanobbing Iron Ore Expansion; and Shire of Harvey District Planning Scheme No. 1 Amendment No. 13 Rezone from “Tourist Zone” and “Parks and Recreation” Reserve to “Residential Development Zone” and “Recreation and Conservation” Reserve, Lot 5 Old Coast Road (Point Douro), Leschenault. (3) Each location provides a documented record of historical depositional and erosional processes that could be disturbed or disrupted as a result of proposed development.
