(1) Can the minister confirm whether Main Roads and/or the Department for Planning and Infrastructure is in the process of assessing and establishing a network of pre-approved local roads for the use of permit vehicles in the - (a) south west; (b) great southern; and (c) remainder of the state? (2) If yes, in what form does the minister intend to liaise with stakeholders such as local government, the community, members of Parliament and transport operators in the introduction of this network?
