I refer to departmental district offices, and I ask: (a) does each district office have a duress alarm; (b) if any offices do not have duress alarms, where are the offices located; (c) when was the last audit of duress alarms undertaken and were all alarms confirmed as working; (d) if any duress alarms are not working, in which offices are they located; (e) how often are district office fire extinguishers checked; (f) does every district office have a fire extinguisher; and (g) if any office does not have a fire extinguisher, where are the offices located?

(a) Yes, with the exception of some sub-offices that have no to limited direct client contact.
(b) Sub-offices in Kalgoorlie, Carnarvon, Mt Magnet, Wiluna, Rockingham and Northam.
(c) All duress alarms have been audited and confirmed as working or have had repairs requested in the last 12 months.
(d) There is one duress alarm in Laverton that is not operational and is currently awaiting repairs. Local police have been notified of this so as to ensure staff safety.
(e) Six monthly.
(f) Yes.
