(1) The Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) maintains a current register of assets in accordance with the Financial Administration and Audit Act which would include assets comprising Intellectual Property. At present, the SBDC does not have any registered Intellectual Property assets. (2)-(8) Not applicable.
