When the resource costs are considered against the nature of the requests, it is difficult to justify them as being in the interests of the public of Western Australia

(b) Since 23 September 2008, the Insurance Commission has answered 54 Freedom of Information applications
(c) Since 23 September 2008, the Insurance Commission has received one request for an internal review.
(d) Since 23 September 2008, the Insurance Commission has not levied additional changes to complete Freedom of Information applications. The Insurance Commission is to not levy charges additional to the $30 application feee which applies to requests for non-personal information.
