(1) The Pastoral Lease has been forfeited and a grazing licence will be issued for 12 months under section 91 of the Land Administration Act 1997 to the Windidda Aboriginal Corporation. A working party will be established representing all interests to determine future tenure. (2) The Pastoral Lands Board took temporary care, control and management of the lease on 18 February 2005 under section 133 (1) of the Land Administration Act 1997. The temporary care, control and management by the Pastoral Lands Board of the lease will continue until conditions on the grazing licence have been agreed between the Windidda Aboriginal Corporation and the Department for Planning and Infrastructure. (3) The RSPCA is considering its position. (4) The Pastoral Lands Board will remain in control of the lease until the grazing licence conditions (2) above have been negotiated. Strict conditions of the licence will include minimal cattle numbers and regular inspections of the property. The working party (1) above will develop a management plan with recommendations on suitable tenure. (5) No. The factors involved have already been considered by the Pastoral Lands Board, Department of Agriculture and the RSPCA.
