a) The installation costs for the free Wi-Fi in the Perth Cultural Centre was $3,230 (excluding GST).
b) The running costs for the free Wi-Fi in the Perth Cultural Centre is a monthly service fee of $950 (excluding GST).
c) The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority pays the cost.
d) The internet speed is rated at 256kb per users.
e) The speed of the 256kb per user is suitable for general uses including emailing, web browsing, and watching YouTube videos while allowing numerous users to connect simultaneously.
