The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) advises:
(a) DFES entered the lease agreement on 12 January 2023. The commencement date was 16 January 2023. The expiry date is 15 January 2028.
(b) $226,462.50 (excl. GST + plus outgoings).
(c) 603.9 square metres.
(d) 80 at this facility.
(e) This figure varies depending on recovery and operational activities.
(f) 98 at this facility.
(g) Legal Policy and Compliance Directorate - Built Environment Branch and the Resilience and Recovery Directorate
